<p “="””" style="””" tve-droppable”="””">Здружението за развој на земјоделството и заштитата на животната средина преку истражување, едукација и одржување на биодиверзитет „ЖИВОТ“ од Куманово е доброволно, непрофитно, невладино, неполитичко здружение, формирано со слободна волја и здружување на граѓани за реализација и усогласување на нивните интереси, извршување активности што имаат за цел подобрување на економски, социјални, културни, научни, стручни, технички, хуманитарни, едукативни, земјоделски, еколошки и други права, интереси и верувања, за заштита и унапредување на регионалниот и руралниот развој во согласност со Уставот и законите на Република Северна Македонија.

ЧЛЕНОВИ и мисија
The association has no employees, but has a total of 60 members, most of whom are individual farmers, producers of organic agricultural products, organic products of animal origin, organic honey and honey products, organic and traditional dairy products, organic cosmetics, alternative medicine and balm products, wild plant products, organic fertilizers and substrates, organic confectionery and bars, organic juices, marmalades, jams, organic grains, fresh and dried fruits and vegetables, organic coffee, organic vinegar, wine, beer and brandy, sauces, toppings and pates, bakery products, traditional Macedonian products, dishes, manufacturers or distributors of equipment, machinery, packaging, processing and packaging of organic products.
One of the main goals of the Association “ZIVOT” is to develop initiatives and activities through public-private dialogue to catalyze job creation and economic growth at the regional level, and at the same time to preserve the tradition and the value of old indigenous varieties of agricultural products and traditional recipes in the process of preparation and production of food, with an emphasis on organic products that, if well promoted, have much greater added value. To achieve this goal, each year, the Association organizes an international fair of the organic and traditional products “Organic Gourmet Table” in Kumanovo, Republic of North Macedonia.

<p “="””" style="””" tve-droppable”="””">Настанот, прв од ваков карактер, беше организиран по прв пат во 2018 година, а се настојува истиот да премине во традиција затоа што често пати земјоделците од руралните средини иако делуваат во исти средини со исти услови, сепак не се во можност сами да се вмрежуваат за да разменат искуства и добри практики за изнаоѓање и надминување на предизвиците и проблемите со кои се соочуваат индивидуално и не ја препознаваат вредноста на своите производи. Со воспоставување комуникација со засегнатите страни за учество во настанот, наидовме на голем интерес и позитивни коментари од учесниците и од поканетите гости на настанот. <p “="””" style="””" tve-droppable”="””">
2019
Last year, about 120 operators of organic products (producers, traders, importers and exporters) participated in the fair as exhibitors, and the event was attended by over 2000 guests and visitors. Organic food operators from other countries were also contacted and took part at the event: twenty-one exhibitors, representatives of five associations, individual farmers, farms and companies from the Republic Serbia, one company from R. Bulgaria, one Russian and one Indian company, the community of Hungarians, the community of Serbs and the community of Albanians in Macedonia, which gave the event an international character.
Apart from the food operators, companies involved in the production and trade of equipment and packaging for processing, packaging, labeling and monitoring of food products, as well as producers and importers, manufacturers and importers of organic products and fertilizers for production, print and electronic media and TV houses, chambers of commerce from home and abroad, as well as diplomatic missions and embassies, participated in the event which restructured it from a simple manifestation into a fair.
Со самото присуство на повеќето чинители на производно-продажниот процес, менаџерскиот тим на ЖИВОТ, иницираше идеја да се организира панел дискусија и да се овозможат Б2Б состаноци. Врз основа на оваа идеја, организиравме панел дискусија на тема „Зошто да одберам органски производ?“, во која учествуваа познати нутриционисти и претставници од сертификациските куќи во Р. Македонија. Гостите од Србија исто така имаа кратка презентација за да ги споделат своите искуства.
Саемот беше одлична основа да им дадеме видливост како на производите, така и на производителите. Поради тоа, од организациски аспект, обезбедивме и простор со поставени маси и столчиња како и соодветен материјал, потребни за овозможување на Б2Б средби помеѓу производители, преработувачи и извозници, а Здружението „ЖИВОТ“ беше иницијатор за поврзување и потпишување на меморандуми за соработка помеѓу повеќето чинители од регионот и пошироко.
Во рамките на манифестацијата беше поставена органска трпеза каде што посетителите имаа можност да ги вкусат органските производи приготвени од страна на реномираниот шеф Марк де Јонг. Покрај органската трпеза, беа поставени и традиционални трпези на заедниците во Македонија – заедница на Унгарците, Србите, Албанците и Хрватите на кои беа презетирани традиционалната храна и култура на истите.
На настанот присуствуваа и експерти од рурален и земјоделски развој, како и претставници од секторот за развој на руралниот туризам, кои ги претстави тековните теренски услови, започна дискусиите и даде препораки за понатамошни мерки и чекори за подобрување на животот во руралните области.
Според плановите и активностите на здружението, оваа година саемот ќе се организира на 12 септември.
Настанот „Органска трпеза“ се спроведува со поддршка на Швајцарската агенција за развој и соработка, преку Програмата за зголемување на пазарната вработливост – ИМЕ.

Меѓународниот саем „Органска Трпеза“, е прв од ваков карактер, а оваа година се организираше по трет пат. Саемот веќе прерасна во традиција каде што на земјоделците од руралните средини им се дава можност да се вмрежуваат за да разменат искуства и добри практики за изнаоѓање и надминување на предизвиците и проблемите со кои се соочуваат индивидуално и да ја препознаат вредноста на своите производи.
The "Organska Trpeza" fair was held outdoors on September 12, 2020, in front of the city swimming pool in Kumanovo, in accordance with the measures for the prevention of Covid 19 and the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the commission for the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases, i.e. using disinfectants, wearing protective masks and maintaining physical distance, starting at 8:00 a.m. with the arrival of the participants and and arranging the stands. The official part of the event started at 12:00, with the ceremonial opening of it by the president of the "Life" association, Mrs. Blagica Gavrilovska Cvetkovic. Mr. Maksim Dimitrievski, Mayor of the Municipality of Kumanovo, Mr. Trajan Dimkovski, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and Mr. Goran Damevski, Deputy Director of the IME Program of the Swiss Embassy, emphasizing the importance and significance of such events
In this section, certificates of appreciation were awarded for supporting the event to:
1. Program for increasing market employability of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation
implemented by Palladium;

The purpose of the event was to organize an event to preserve the tradition of food production, but also mutual acquaintance and exchange of experiences and knowledge of organic and other food producers from rural areas, both from Macedonia and from neighboring countries.
100 stands were set up at the event, 75 exhibitors took an active part, of which 7 local, 65 regional and 3 international. The event was attended by about 1500 visitors, including representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, ARM, JP Pasishta, representatives from Embassies, APPRM, Employment Agency, representatives from the Local Self-Government of municipality of Kumanovo, representatives from the Chamber of Organic Producers, representatives from the Chamber of Craftsmen, representatives from the Planning Regions, as well as representatives from domestic and international civil society organizations, local population and media.
The fair exhibited organic agricultural products, organic animal products, organic honey and honey products, organic and traditional dairy products, organic cosmetics, alternative medicine products and balms, products from wild plants, organic fertilizers and substrates, organic confectionery and bars, organic juices, marmalades, jams, organic cereal products, fresh and dried fruits and vegetables, organic coffee, organic vinegar, wine, beer and brandy, spreads, toppings and pate, bakery products, traditional Macedonian products, dishes. Agencies, federations, associations, governmental and non-governmental organizations, chambers of commerce, financial houses, publishing houses, portals, associations, nutritionists and certifiers who help and promote organic production in their own way were also presented. There were also exhibitors who are manufacturers or distributors of equipment, machines, packaging for the production, processing and packaging of organic products.
In addition to food operators, companies engaged in the production and trade of equipment and packaging for the processing, packaging, labeling and monitoring of food products, as well as manufacturers and importers of preparations and fertilizers for organic production, also expressed their interest in participating in the event. print and electronic media and TV houses, chambers of commerce from the country and abroad, as well as diplomatic missions and embassies.
Оваа година, саемската манифестација беше збогатена и проширена со учесници од претпријатија за социјално претприемништво кои што се занимаваат со органско производство, како и здруженија и организации кои ја негуваат нашата традиција, а воедно ги негуваат и зачувуваат старите занаети.
The fair was an excellent basis to give visibility to both the products and the producers. Therefore, from an organizational point of view, we also provided a space with set tables and chairs as well as appropriate material, needed to enable B2B meetings, which were scheduled in advance. A total of 23 B2B meetings between producers, processors and exporters were held, and 5 memoranda of cooperation were signed.
After the event was over, survey questionnaires were distributed to the participants to evaluate the results of the Organic Table Fair. All participants have been contacted, from whom we received positive comments and support for the fair.
Голем дел на учесниците изразија интерес за учество на следниот саем во 2021 година. На веб страницата на здружението www.zivot.org.mk објавени се слики, видео записи и објави во врска со саемот објавени во медиумите и на социјалните мрежи. На сите учесници на саемот доделени им се сертификати за учество на третиот меѓународен саем на органски и традиционални производи Органска Трпеза 2020.
The association ZIVOT plans to hold this fair continuously in the following years. Preparations for the "Organic Table 2021" fair will begin at the beginning of the new year, and the fair is expected to last several days and contain several activities.
